Time is flying and I cannot believe that the chickens are almost 6 weeks old. In a little over a week we will be taking them for butchering. Overall, I have been very pleased with how the chickens have grown to this point. The broilers have had very few leg issues and I've only had two cases of flipping (that's where the chicken has had a sudden heart attack). I would definitely recommend broilers from Hoover's Hatchery in Rudd, Iowa.
